FREE Fundraising

There are several ways to help us raise funds at no cost to you:

  • Whenever you buy anything online – whether it is your weekly shop, seasonal sales or next year’s big holiday – you could be raising free donations for 10th Warrington Scout Group through charity cashback sites (see links below). Unfortunately Amazon Smile has now ceased, but you can still earn cashback on all your Amazon purchases through Easyfundraising.
  • We will also use this page to show you where you can nominate us for grants or prize draws that are specifically for charity groups, such as this grant from Movement for Good.

Many hands make light work.  If you would like to get involved or just have some ideas for how else we can reach our target for our Big Build project, please get in touch

Giving Machine

Sign up with The Giving Machine and select 10th Warrington Scout Group as your chosen charity.  There are thousands of shops and sites ready to make a donation when you buy from them – including eBay, Argos, John Lewis, Tesco, Domino’s Pizza, Matalan and M&S – and it won’t cost you a penny extra to help us raise funds.

You can also raise a few pence each day by simply logging into your Giving Machine account; if you can make this part of your daily routine, it will really add up – over £10 a year!

Easyfundraising

1. Go to https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/10thwarringtonscoutgroup and join for free (using this link means we can potentially earn extra donations).
2. Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want and start shopping; over 5000 online retailers have signed up.
3. After you’ve checked out, the retailer will make a donation to 10th Warrington Scout Group at no extra cost to you whatsoever!

Right now there is also a daily prize draw for visiting the size and solving a fairly easy puzzle, just look for the “Gift Drop” promotion.

There is also an App and a reminder tool you can download to make it easier to ensure more of your online purchases count!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
